Why Anat?
For as long as I can remember, when people ask me who I am, I answer: I connect the dots.
Life asked a lot of me. A third culture kid who grew up in Kenya, finding my way between systems of rules and borders. A first chapter, a second chapter, two families joined into one. Employed, self-employed, employed again. Diagnosed with ADHD at 36. A manager with a track record who was let go twice, always feeling I had far more to give than the organization allowed.

Today I see that it was all connecting dots. The system just didn’t know how to file it, so it called it “scattered”, drew me a box and pushed me in.
In January 2026 they took my label away. So I did the one thing I knew how to do: I went and built what would multiply me. A product, a team of agents, and Cleo, who answers her own email. All without a single line of code in my background. For the record.
When that happens, when it’s allowed, the ability every one of us has shows up again. The twist, the quirk, the scar. Call it what you like. It’s the part that’s worth something, and it’s you.
Along the way I meet plenty of people who say “I’m comfortable, work is like family”, and organizations that are only experimenting, carefully. But this isn’t going anywhere. There’s technology here that can make us bigger and bring us back to ourselves, if we learn to use it well. Ignore it, keep our heads down and wait for it to pass? That’s just not an option.
